என்னை மாதிரி கொஞ்சம் இளகிய மனசுக்காரங்க(?) படம் பாக்க போறதுக்கு முன்னாடி கோக், பாப்கார்ன் வாங்காம போறது ரொம்ப நல்லது, வாங்கிட்டு போனால, வீணா போவது உறுதி. குப்பத்தை அந்த அளவுக்கு ரொம்ப்ப்பப.. ஆழ்ழ்ழ்ம்ம்மமா காமிச்சிருக்காங்க.
குப்பத்திலிருந்து தவழ்ந்து, வளர்ந்து, அடிபட்டு, மிதிபட்டு, வாழ்ந்த ஒரு பையன் (ஜமால்) Who wants to be Millionaire போட்டியில் கலந்து கொண்டு வெற்றி பெறுகிறான், அவனின் வெற்றிக்கு காரணம் என்ன என்பதை கொஞ்சம் கலீஜ் கலந்து ரொம்ப சுவாரஸ்யமாக விளக்குகிறது இந்த Slumdog Millionaire
இதேமாதிரி ஒரு படம் தமிழிலும் வந்து பப்படம் ஆனது. கார்த்திக் கதாநாயகனாக நடித்த “கலக்றே சந்துரு” என்ற படம், கொஞ்சம் தான் பார்த்தேன். அதில் கடைசி கேள்வி குதுப்மினாரை பற்றி இருக்கும், அதிலும் கடைசி கேள்விக்கு கதாநாயகன் போனில் ராதாரவியை தொடர்பு கொள்வார். ஊர்வசி தான் நிகழ்ச்சி தொகுப்பாளர். ஆனால் அப்படி ஒரு படம் வந்தது ரொம்ப பேருக்கு தெரியாது.
ரெண்டு வருசத்துக்கு முன்னே ஒரு சிவாஜி ஃபீவர் இருந்த்து, யார் வீட்டுக்கு போனாலும் “எப்படி இருக்கீங்க” என்று கேட்பதுக்கு பதிலா, ”சிவாஜி பாத்துட்டீங்களா” என்ற குசல விசாரிப்புதான் அதிகமிருந்தது. அதே மாதிரியான ஒரு ஃபீவர் இந்திய மக்களிடையே இப்போ இந்த படத்துக்கும் இருக்கு. ஆனா ஒரே ஒரு வித்தியாசம், இந்த படம் அந்த எதிர்பார்ப்பை பூர்த்தி செஞ்சிருப்பது தான்.
படம் ஆரம்பிச்ச கொஞ்ச நேரத்தில் தியேட்டரே வீச்சமடிக்கிற உணர்வு, அந்த வாசனையை கொஞ்சம் மட்டுபடுத்துவது ஏ.ஆர். ரஹ்மானின் இசையும் “O..Saya” பாடலும் தான். இந்த படத்தில் இசை அமைத்ததற்காக கோல்டன் குளோப் விருதுக்கு இவர் பரிந்துரை செய்யபட்டுள்ளார்.
போலீஸ் விசாரணையில், இரண்டு மூன்று கேள்விகளிலே ஜமால் பொய் சொல்லவில்லை என்று தெரிகிறது, விசாரணையை விட்டு அவனது வாழ்க்கையை தெரிந்து கொள்ளும் ஆர்வம் போலீஸ்க்கு ஏற்படுவது போல நமக்கும் அதே ஆர்வம் தொற்றிக்கொள்வது படத்தோடு நாம் ஒன்றிப் போவதையே காட்டுகிறது. போலீஸ் ஸ்டேசன், தாஜ்மஹால் தொடர்பான காட்சிகளில் தியேட்டரே சிரித்தது. ஆனாலும் பட்த்தில் சொல்லிக்கொள்ளும் படியான கூர்மையான வசனங்கள் ஏதுமில்லை. ஹிந்தியில் எடுத்திருந்தால் இன்னும் கூர்மையாக இருந்திருக்கலாம்.
குறிப்பிடத்தக்க இன்னொரு விசயம் இந்த படத்தின் பெரும்பாலான காட்சிகள் மும்பையில் எடுக்கப்பட்டது, பாடல் காட்சி உள்பட ( நம்மூர்க்காரகள் கொஞ்சம் கவனிக்க வேண்டிய விசயம் இது). ரயில் நிலையம் தொடர்பான காட்சிகள் அனைத்தும், தீவிரவாதிகளின் தாக்குதலுக்கு உள்ளான சத்ரபதி சிவாஜி டெர்மினஸில்(CST) படப்பிடிப்பு நடத்தபட்டது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
ஏற்கனவே அந்நியன் படத்தை மலேசியாவில் பார்க்கும் போது, விக்ரம் இந்தியாவை மலேசியா, சிங்கப்பூர் போன்ற நாடுகளுடன் ஒப்பிட்டு பேசுவார், இந்த மாதிரி ஒப்பீட்டு காட்சி/வசனங்களை நம் நாட்டில் பார்த்தால் பரவாயில்லை, ஆனால் அயல்நாட்டில் அந்த நாட்டினருடன் பார்க்கும் போது ஒருவித கூச்சம் ஏற்படுவது தவிர்க்க முடியாததாகிவிடுகிறது இதிலும் அமெரிக்காவுடன் இந்தியாவை ஒப்பிடும் காட்சி துரதிர்ஷ்டவசமாக இடம்பெற்றிருக்கிறது.
